AIRNSHARE #2 by Doris Dziersk focuses on breathing as a collective process, from which an air sculpture emerges. The interactive sculpture remains porous, never reaching a final state, and relies on an ongoing effort by many to unfold. It has breathing holes for 25 people.

Through AIRNSHARE #2, breathing together as an intimate gathering is spatially translated in a performative way. The first edition of AIRNSHARE was part of Skulpturenpark Berlin_Zentrum 2021 and established a connection between East and West, between social housing and new apartment blocks, at an intersection of a strip of the former Berlin Wall: Residents and guests were invited to jointly inflate the volume of Berlin’s minimum living space for one person.
